As a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years, my practice has always been an important part of my mental and physical health - especially in times of difficulty and stress. After many life changes during the pandemic, I decided to earn my 200 hour certification from Kripalu and begin teaching others. My classes focus on breath work, centering, and gentle asanas that are suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. My goal for every class is to lead all of my students into a deeper and more relaxed state.
